I’m just telling this to you now, but this happened around when I saw the episode
but when I saw the quotes on Ocean of Fear
I was like “I need to find whatever books Pat McHale wrote because if they have those phrases on them they are clearly awesome books”
But I didn’t instantly find out that Pat McHale was an AT-person
So I found this soldier in Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_McHale
Patrick McHale VC (1826 – 26 October 1866) was born in Killala, County Mayo and was an Irish recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded toBritish and Commonwealth forces.
And this is really cool! But he wrote no shizzle that I know of!
then I saw the AT-dude
the Pat McHale that *did* the quotes
AND DANG IT YOU GUYS HE MADE JUST THE QUOTES AND NO BOOKS EITHER, ARGH
I mean I thought the quote was *from* somewhere
but whatever
Now, I learned things with this:
- Pat McHale wrote the quotes and put them inside no frigging books
(unless he starts writing a book about adventuring and calls it the Enchiridion and a nuclear war starts soon after) - Pat McHale has about the same name as a really cool soldier
So huh, if you talk to Pat McHale
- Tell him about the soldier, he’d like to find that out I think if he didn’t already
- Tell him to put the quotes inside some frigging books with reasonable width
- Tell him I had this idea first because I did please
that’s all

Lol… it was a random quote, yes. As for Pat, I can’t find him anywhere. I think my great grandfather had a Victoria...
